Online Couples Therapy in Rhode Island & Massachusetts

Your relationship deserves more than just getting by.

We offer compassionate, evidence-based online therapy for couples, families, and individuals across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Whether you’re struggling with communication challenges, recurring conflicts, or major life transitions, we help you slow down, navigate difficult conversations, and rebuild connection — so you can create stronger relationships and a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Hello there!

I’m Emily, and I help couples face the conflicts they’ve been avoiding — with guidance, structure, and support — so they can reconnect for good.

I help couples slow down, confront the patterns that keep them stuck, and rebuild connection in their relationships. In session, I’m engaged, directive, and fully present — guiding couples through difficult conversations and helping them communicate more effectively. With a background in clinical supervision, teaching, and Intuitive Eating Counseling, I bring both structure and warmth to our work together. Whether you’re navigating recurring arguments, communication challenges, or simply craving more closeness, I’m here to walk alongside you.

This no-pressure phone call is your chance to learn more about our approach and see if we’re a good fit for you, your relationship, or your family.

2. Book Your Session

If it feels like a good match, we’ll set up your initial session during the consultation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to get started.

3. The First Session

In our first session, we’ll clarify your goals and create a plan for moving forward — both in and between sessions — so you can begin feeling more connected, grounded, and supported.
